When you sit down at the dinner table, are you sitting down to plates of cheeseburgers, chicken fried steak, clam cakes and lobster stew? Or are you more about poutine, crepes, and goulash? Are you all into wiener schnitzel or do you have no idea what we are talking about? The exciting thing about the food that you eat is that you might not have any idea of what its origins. You might think that you are All American when it comes to your taste in food, and you might be eating something that originated in Europe, or it may be just the opposite.
