About This Quiz

What is wisdom anyway? The dictionary defines it as "the quality of having experience, knowledge and good judgment." But there might be more to it than just having experiences. It could also be about what you take away from those experiences and how you apply the things you learn to your life. As far as the knowledge part goes, it's more than just knowing facts. Anyone can memorize dates in history or names of people who have made an impact. It's taking the knowledge you acquire and applying it to real-life situations to make the best judgments.

With all that said, how is wisdom measured? Does it go by age like maturity is supposed to, or is it completely arbitrary? It's definitely completely arbitrary. Just because you are young doesn't mean you haven't had plenty of life experiences, and just because you're old doesn't mean you have. A person who has lived for 90 years but never went outside of their comfort zone or worked towards something more might not be as wise as a 20-year-old who has traveled a lot and been through serious hardships. Where do you think you fall on the wisdom scale? Take this quiz to find out if you're wise beyond your years!
