I vote for a finished basement.
Concrete basements with shelters are needed where I live.
I like the look and safety of beach-house pilings.
I'm thinking a concrete slab foundation would work best for me.

Marble is the only choice.
I think granite looks the best.
Quartz is the most durable.
I will not settle for anything less than travertine.

I vote for eco-friendly floors like bamboo.
I wouldn't settle for anything less than hardwoods.
Laminate flooring looks exactly like wood flooring these days.
I'm a huge fan of carpet in cozy spaces.

7 tub Do you want a cast-iron tub or a more modern acrylic tub in your spare bathroom?
I don't need a tub in the spare bathroom.
A standard acrylic tub is all that's needed.
I prefer the looks of old cast-iron tubs.
The spare bathroom only needs a shower stall.

I think simple metal roofs are the way to go.

It's crown molding or nothing.
Dining rooms with chair rails are adorable.
I'm fine with simple door and window castings.

I don't need anything fancy. Nice paint will be fine.
Shiplap would be perfect.
There are some great wallpapers out there right now. I'm spoiled for choice.
