About This Quiz
Embarrassment is one of the worst feelings a person has to endure. A negative emotion like sadness or anger is at least a bit easier to swallow because you often feel like you have a degree of control over the matter. Embarrassment tends to come on very suddenly and in a way that leaves you exposed and vulnerable. It's not something anyone wants to experience.
There are a few lucky people in the world who seem never to be embarrassed, and they probably have no idea how lucky they truly are. The rest of us are just coasting through life, hoping nothing ever happens that puts us on the spot in that embarrassing way again. But try as we might, it's going to happen eventually. It always does.
Knowing that you can't help but be embarrassed sometimes might make you wonder about the way you deal with that embarrassment. There are definitely different ways to approach that feeling. Interestingly enough, the reaction most of us have to embarrassment can be very similar to the way some animals behave in nature. Without even knowing it, your embarrassed self is probably channeling nature. Do you want to know what animal you become when you're embarrassed? Take our quiz and find out!
Let's just jump right into it. What's the most embarrassing thing you can think of?
Would you rather go through a whole conversation with someone you're trying to pick up with food on your face or have your pants fall down when you're crossing a street?
I'll take the pants fall.
Noooo!!! Neither one!
I'll go for the food face.
At least it's only strangers on the street; I'll take that.
Have you ever been on social media replying to someone with a super witty or insightful comment and then realized it's riddled with typos after you post it?
Not that I know of
Once or twice
I always edit before posting for just that reason.
The English language can be confusing sometimes. Have you ever found out that a word you thought you were using correctly meant something totally different?
