About This Quiz
Does this challenge sound like an impossible task? Pah! We have the technology to sort this out.
Everyone remembers their first mobile phone. Phones are a sign of the times as much as cars and fashion. Mobile phones haven't been around all that long. In the early 1990s, when cell phone technology was new, most people thought that the only people who needed cellphones were doctors and drug dealers. By the mid-1990s, high school teachers were stripping their students of two-way pagers, and by the year 2000, the flip phone and texting was all the rage. Nowadays, time can be measured in iPhone iterations, Samsung Galaxy numbers, and buggy devices from scrappy startups.
You probably remember your first phone just as fondly. The excitement of the purchase, tearing through the packaging to produce the device, the charger, and the manual you quickly regretted tossing out. It was like Christmas. There was a strange sort of pride in having that device in your pocket. It made you capable, powerful, able to speak to anyone, anywhere in the world, any time. That wonderful feeling is why we always love that first phone, and why many of us keep it tucked away in a drawer, just in case.
From the devices we use, almost every detail of who we are can be determined. Care to see if it works the other way around?
