No sooner does an NBA roster come together, it dissolves, thanks to trades, free agency and new draft picks. If you're not paying close attention, you could find yourself asking, "Does your team have a six-time NBA All-Star?" or "Does your roster have a guy with bad knees?" (Sorry, D. Rose.)
The NBA has become a giant chess match to see who can assemble the team "most likely to win the next NBA title," the team "most likely to take down LeBron" or the team "most likely to have major midseason drama." (We're looking at you, Boston Celtics.)Â

Victor Oladipo played college basketball for the Indiana Hoosiers and has made his way back to the Hoosier State to play for the Pacers. He is a two-time NBA All-Star, earning the honor in both 2018 and 2019.
Giannis Antetokounmpo has been with the Bucks since he was drafted in the first round of the NBA Draft in 2013. Born in Greece, Antetokounmpo played for a semi-pro team, Filathlitikos, before going to work in the NBA.
Trae Young was highly-touted for his basketball prowess while attending the University of Oklahoma. He was drafted by the Dallas Mavericks and used as part of a trade package, eventually landing in Atlanta.

Terry Rozier has more experience as a Boston Celtic than a Charlotte Hornet, having just been traded to his new team in July 2019. Rozier played college ball at the University of Louisville.
Jimmy Butler began his NBA career in Chicago, where he was drafted by the Bulls. Since then, he has been a bit of a gypsy, playing for the Timberwolves and the 76ers each for a single season, before signing with the Heat in July 2019.

Damian Lillard, or Dame D.O.L.L.A. as he's known in the hip-hop world, is a point guard for the Portland Trail Blazers. He is a four-time NBA All-Star who earned Rookie of the Year honors in 2013.

So much for loyalty, eh? Mike Conley Jr. found himself part of a trade package between the Grizzlies and the Jazz in the 2019 offseason. Conley is the son of Mike Conley Sr., who earned both gold and silver medals in track and field.
Let's face it: If you don't know who Steph Curry is, you've probably been living under a rock somewhere. Curry is the undisputed leader of the Golden State Warriors, leading them to three NBA titles.
After leading the Toronto Raptors to their first-ever NBA title, Kawhi Leonard (known as "The Claw") made tracks out west to join the Clippers. Leonard is originally from Los Angeles so, apparently, you can go home again.

At least Anthony Davis knows how to capitalize on his look. The unibrow that makes him so identifiable to so many has become part of Davis' brand. In 2012, he trademarked the phrases, "Fear The Brow" and "Raise The Brow."
Devin Booker, the former University of Kentucky Wildcat, made the NBA record books in March 2019 when he became the youngest player ever to record back-to-back 50-point games. Booker was just 22 years old at the time.
Trevor Ariza has gotten a lot of sightseeing done since his NBA career began in 2004. After playing college ball at UCLA, Ariza was drafted in the NBA Draft's second round. He has one NBA Championship to his name.

Don't underestimate the Slovenian basketball player known as Luka DonÄić. DonÄić earned Rookie of the Year honors in his first NBA season, which he spent with the Dallas Mavericks.
Poor Gordon Hayward. He was in the first quarter of his first game as a Boston Celtic when he landed wrong on his left leg, sending viewers scrambling to cover their eyes. The injury ultimately sidelined the the All-Star forward for nearly a year.
After spending his entire career (since 2008) in Oklahoma City, Russell Westbrook was acquired by the Houston Rockets in the 2019 offseason. The move reunites him with his friend and former teammate, James Harden.
