When you hear those names combined, you already know we are talking about Friends, the '90s show that impacted a lot of us and taught us a lot about love, friendship and city life (to a degree). For every episode you watch, there’s a lesson every 20-year-old something (or anyone, really) can relate to and identify with.

This show does a great job at making us laugh at worries that we can all relate to. At the end of the day, you can always just laugh it off and move on! In one of the episodes during season four, the group gets together to play trivia. One of the questions refers to Chandler’s job. Who said, “He’s a transporter!”

Having an epiphany, Phoebe and Joey decide to taste Carol's breast milk, who was breastfeeding Ben in front of Joey and Chandler. Of course, everyone freaks out. A lot of things happen in this episode, including Monica learning about Pete having a new career path he wants to pursue. At the same time, Phoebe sets Ross up with Bonnie, something Rachel was aware of and agreed to because she didn’t feel threatened by Bonnie … whom she believed had no hair. Ah, this was such a good one!

During “The One with the Cuffs” episode, Rachel is struggling with her day at work because she finds out Chandler and her boss have something going on. Someone throughout the episode mentioned, "When I walk outside naked, people throw garbage at me." Who was it?

Yikes, that would be sad if everyone threw trash at you while walking outside naked, wouldn’t it? In that same episode, Monica and Phoebe prepare a party for Monica's parents, which starts poorly but luckily, for Monica and her parents, the party has a happy ending.

Here’s a throwback. In the last episode, during the first bit, someone says, “You can’t just give up. Is that what a dinosaur would do?”

That quote should be replicated in every inspirational and affirmation book out there because, who doesn’t like or admire dinosaurs? Anyway, that’s what Joey told Ross to persuade him to chase Rachel and not let her go so easily because, that’s just simply not what a dinosaur would do! We agree, Joey.

“Welcome to the real world. It sucks,” was probably one of the best quotes told during the series. This is when each member of the group meets Rachel, a spoiled brat. Who recited this raw, yet realistic line?

This line is said by Monica in the pilot episode, “The One Where Monica Gets A Roommate”. In this episode, Rachel is hit with the harsh reality and has to learn how to manage on her own and how that in itself can be really hard. We know, we've all been there at least once. It was then when Monica gave her an even further reality check and added, "Welcome to the real world. It sucks. You’re gonna love it!"

Food is important to all of us, but especially to these characters. At some point, during a fallout, someone says (in utter shock): "You threw my sandwich away?" Who was it?

This happened during an early episode during a fallout. Losing a job over a sentimental sandwich is totally a bad reason, but for Ross ... well, that sandwich was everything. And when we say everything, we mean it. He was willing to lose his job over this sandwich. We get it, Ross! That's the only good thing you had going on amidst your second divorce at age 30!

“Bad day not to wear a bra.” Wow, that was honest. Who said it?

In the episode “The One Where Monica Sings”, well … Monica does just that, she gets up on stage and starts singing karaoke. She’s a little shy at first, but little by little the mainly-male crowd starts to cheer her on because, well … her shirt is completely see-through. So along comes Mike and says his line. True.

Remember when Rachel is about to move to Paris? Rachel and Ross kiss at some point and along comes someone who says: “And remember, if I'm harsh with you, it's only because you're doing it wrong.” Do you remember who it was?

This is the episode when Rachel is getting ready to up and go all the way to Paris. During her going-away party, Rachel decides to give a small speech to everyone except for Ross (obviously). They fight, they fall in love again (totally) and they kiss. And later Monica comes around and drops the line above.

This line will forever be a winner. “Pivot! Pivot!” Who said it?

This is “The One With The Cop,” where Phoebe started to date a cop who nearly arrested her while she tried to impersonate a police officer. Ross, at some point says the line above, while Monica and Chandler have to explain to Joey that he’s not about to fall in love with Monica because in general, he just wants a relationship (any relationship, really).

During a destination episode, Monica gets stung by a jellyfish. When the crew returns to New York, someone says: "If I had to, I’d pee on any one of you!" Who was the reliable friend who made such a generous offer?

You guessed it! This is “The One with the Jellyfish” episode, where after Monica gets stung by a jellyfish and the group returns to New York, Joey makes it clear he would happily have assisted any one of them if it came to it. Wouldn't we all one a friend like that? Great to know he would be willing to pee on you any time.

This quote makes a lot of sense, actually: “The more I drink, the less there is for the kids to drink.” Who said it?

This is the episode where Chandler is gearing up to propose to Monica, Ross breaks it off with his student girlfriend, and Rachel and Phoebe go out with Joey, who ends up randomly buying a yacht. During the episode, Phoebe’s approach is to drink because, hey, the more she does, the less there is for kids. Bottoms up!

Rachel loses her engagement ring in one of the lasagnas Monica is preparing for her parents who are coming over later. A couple of friends help out while someone says: “These are the people who never get cancer. They're happy with what they have, they're basically content, like ... cows.” Who was it?

Joey and Ross decide to go out for a bit and attend a Knicks game without Chandler while they worry he may be mad at them. Phoebe meets with Ross during the episode and drops the quote above. Dig deeper, Ross! Deeper! After all, you sure have the skills to do it. Go get 'em!

Ross comes back from China with a girlfriend and, needless to say, Rachel isn’t happy about it. During “The One Where Ross Finds Out” episode, someone says: “It's Sunday. I don't move on Sundays.” Who was it?

I mean, let's be honest—who would ever move on a Sunday anyway? After spending hours and hours moving furniture and work, the last thing you want to think about is having to go to work the following day. We agree, Chandler! We wouldn't want to move on a Sunday either. Yuck.

“They’re still not coming on, man! And the lotion and the powder have made a paste!” Ha, who said this?

I mean, technically, lotion and powder together do create a paste. It's just that it's not fun to feel that against your skin, it feels like you've been rubbed with a deodorant stick. It’s New Years Eve during this episode and at some point during the episode, Ross says the lotion and powder have made a paste of their own.

Phoebe’s new boyfriend meets Ross and Chandler, whom he feels very comfortable with showing a “little” of himself below the waist. Someone then says, "It'll just be something we do together, like racquetball." Do you remember who it was?

I mean, talk about moving too fast! That was a brave (and blunt move). But hey dude, if you feel that comfortable that quick, then good for you. That's good self-esteem to have! Good for Richard for playing it cool and sharing the racquetball comment. Totally, it'll be fun and not awkward.

In “The One Where Eddie Won't Go” episode, who says “That sucks. I was buried in an avalanche”?

Oh man, to be buried in an avalanche. That sounds terrible ... and cold. Brr! We get it, Gunther. If any of us had been buried under and avalanche, we too would like to have forgotten about it. Although, how cool and unique of a story is that? Maybe we can share it with our grandkids sometime in the future when we're old and telling our life's story.

Well, this escalated quickly. Who said: “When Joey gave it to me, he said, 'This is 'cause I know ya like Rabbits, and I know ya like cheese'”?

I mean, rabbits might like carrots, but cheese? Who knows, perhaps they don't have dairy intolerance. In this episode, Chandler and Joey have lady problems, Phoebe and Monica start working on launching their own catering company, and Rachel does her thing with a crossword puzzle while Kathy drops the quote above at some point during the episode.

Phoebe, who works as a stockbroker, loses a ton of money and has a heart attack. Who tells her: “Having a heart attack is nature's way of telling you to slow down”?

I mean, if you were to lose thousands of dollars within minutes, what do you think you would do? We agree we would probably have a heart attack, or two, or three. That's a lot of stress and poor Phoebe, she already has a lot to handle without needing the added worries. During the “One That Could Have Been: Part 1” episode, Monica gives Phoebe a reality check and encourages her to slow down.

During “The One With George Stephanopoulos” episode, one of the characters says: "I remember the day I got my first paycheck, there was a cave-in in one of the mines." Can you identify who was it?

I think we all remember when we first got our paychecks. Maybe there wasn't a cave-in in one of the mines, but it seemed like a pretty decent amount of money at the time. In this episode, Chandler and Joey take Ross out to a hockey game so he can forget about Carol while the women have a slumber party back at home. During the hockey game, Ross gets hit in the face with a puck and the three guys end up in the hospital to “fix” Ross' face. Later during the episode, Phoebe says the lines above.

Amazed by someone in an episode who doesn’t own a TV, one of the characters asks: “What's all your furniture pointed at?” Fair question. Who was it?

No, but serious question. If you don't have a TV—which operates like the true north for many households (at least across the United States) - where do you actually point your furniture towards? We would perhaps go for the windows, as long as there is some symmetry that goes with it. In the episode “The One in Barbados” where the gang is away from New York, Ross and Charlie are there to work while Joey and Rachel are there for fun. During the episode, there’s a woman who says she doesn't have a TV, at which point Joey asks about her furniture’s direction.

The group get on Ross’s case for his relationship woes. At some point, someone asks: “Oh, are you setting Ross up with someone? Does she have a wedding dress?” Who was it?

Ross loves to get married, he’s had at least three marriages in the series. First with Carol, who turns out to be lesbian, then with Emily after only dating for six weeks, and finally with Rachel after they got drunk in Las Vegas. During this episode, Rachel gets on his case for his relationship woes.

“Gum would be perfection.” Sure! Who said this during “The One With The Blackout” episode?

Chandler gets stuck in an ATM vestibule and Joey tries to help him speak to a woman by the name of Jill is trapped in the ATM vestibule with him. During this episode, Chandler says the line above.

Phoebe and Rachel decide to get tattoos during this episode. At some point, someone says: “You ever realize Captain Crunch’s eyebrows are actually on his hat?” Who has this brilliant realization?

We actually realized that one time when walking down the supermarket and wondered why his eyebrows were on his hat. Chandler and Joey get in a bit of an argument that just gets worse. At the same time, on the other side of the hall, Monica and Richard are hiding their relationship from her parents, who happen to be Richard's friends. Then, the line above is said by Joey during the episode.

A must know. “How you doin’?” Who said it?

Talk about pick-up lines. Ladies, watch out! In “The One with Rachel’s Crush” episode, this became Joey’s line. Once he explains to both Rachel and Phoebe that this one of his pick-up techniques with the ladies, it becomes one of the show’s gags.

About to get on a plane to go to a foreign country, one of the characters reverts and goes back to the city. When the character sees their love interest, they explain: “I got off the plane.” Who was it?

Ah, one of the most exciting moments in the entire series. We were all sitting on the edge of our sofas thinking Rachel was really about to leave for Paris without Chandler. Although she is about to hop on a plane and move to Paris, her heart is not on the same page as her mind. And so the show ends on a happy note when she decides to get off the plane and come home to Ross instead. Au revoir, Paris!

This character gets jealous over a new colleague at work and the reply is: “Tell him to email me at www-dot-haha-not-so-much-dot-com!” Who was the jealous prankster?

Nice one! We'll have to steal this line next time someone tries to get smart with our (or cute with our significant other). Chandler gets a little (maybe a lot, actually) jealous over Monica’s new hilarious coworker. Geoffrey, the new guy, is the funniest man she’s ever met according to her. Bothered by this comment, Chandler tells her to get Geoffrey to email him his funniest jokes.

After Ross says he went to a tanning place recommended by someone’s wife, that someone replies: “Was that place the sun?” Who was it?

It would be nice if we could all take a trip to the sun and go tan. Although, thinking about it, we might not come back tanned ... In “The One WIth Ross’s Tan,” well, Ross went and did just that, go for a tan. In case you don’t recall, this episode is sure to make you laugh after Ross continually has fail after fail in his spray-tan booth.

“Seven! Seven seven seven seven!” That’s it. Who was it?

In “The One with Phoebe’s Uterus,” a lot of sex advice takes place throughout the episode. Mainly from Monica, who tells Chandler we, as viewers, can’t hear the number “seven” spoken aloud. Go figure what was drawn on that notepad.

These lines almost got two characters together in the second season of the series “You’re over me? When you were … under me?” Who said it?

Wow, talk about a line. This is how you know this was a 90s show! Ross is checking his messages on a landline (don’t even remember how those worked anymore) at Rachel’s apartment. These were the words that almost got them together early on in the show.

Someone claimed that, “We were on a break!” Who made this claim?

Don’t lie, you know you’ve repeated this line endlessly. This is also the line that prevented Ross and Rachel from getting back together, for a while at least. This was the first of many times he would repeat this to her.

Don’t you wish we could just be honest and tell this to our boss every time we are late? Maybe we can. Who said, “Sorry I’m late, but I left late”?

We are totally using this line next time we come in late to work. Rachel came running into a night-school class way after it had started and apologized to Phoebe with the quote above. It can probably be best described as an unapologetic apology, a la Rachel style. We get it, Rachel. Honesty is truly the best policy.

Only one person could ever had said this: “She’s your lobster.” Who was it?

In “The One With the Prom Video,” Phoebe encourages Ross not to give up on Rachel. She pushes her point by comparing them to two old lobsters that are walking together while holding claws. How cute! Really, though. Rachel was Ross's lobster and vice versa. Those two belonged together and everyone around them knew it. Even lobsters knew it!

“Just so you know, it’s not that common, it doesn’t happen to every guy, and it’s not a big deal!” Well, that was real. Who said this line?

Ouch, that's definitely not something you ever want to hear from your significant other. This was harsh. Just as things looked promising between Ross and Rachel, especially after their on/not on a break disagreement, things take a turn for the not so great. Upset, Rachel gets back at Ross with the quote above, squashing any possibility between them in the near future.
