In some ways, history is the most fascinating field of study in the world. It's the true story of us, of mankind, and where we've been in life.  To learn of the way the world worked in the past is endlessly fascinating.  From where we sit in the present with a connected world and incredible technology, the ability to look back into generations past is almost like viewing a completely different world. Even trying to comprehend the world people lived in hundreds and thousands of years ago is a heck of a thought exercise. But it does make you wonder sometimes if maybe you were born in the right period of time.

Sometimes it just seems like you were made for another time, doesn't it?
