What kind of person that you are has a lot to do with how you look at life and your attitude about what happens to you while you are living it. No one way to look at life is correct, and no one way is wrong; it is just who you are.

Do you live in the past? Those that live in the past are prone to looking back on things that they have done. They either look back at things fondly and wish those times were back again, or they look back on life negatively and wish they had done things differently. 

What about the present? Those who live in the present are the zen masters of the world, nothing bothers them, they live their lives not worrying about the future, and not dwelling on the past.
