About This Quiz

You say doughnut, I say donut. However you spell it, there aren't too many people who would turn down one of these tasty treats, whether you're a Dunkin' Donuts fan or you're firmly positioned in the Krispy Kreme camp. But do you know what type of doughnut to choose if you're counting calories -- or should you just get a low-fat muffin instead? The answers might surprise you.

The Dunkin' Donuts glazed donut is actually a healthier choice than the low-fat blueberry muffin.
