About This Quiz

As far as we know, human beings only live once in this world. While some people tend to shorten their lifespans by eating lots of junk food and choosing Netflix over working out, others have adopted a happy and healthy mentality. It may not seem important to eat right and work out now, but these kinds of things have a "snowball effect" that could affect you much later on in life.

A nutritious diet has a long list of benefits that includes weight loss, improved memory and a reduced cancer risk. Some foods are also known to strengthen your bones and teeth, such as milk, cabbage, broccoli and legumes. But choosing fruit over candy isn't enough in this world, because fitness also plays a huge role in your overall health. Aside from simply gaining muscles and looking better, regular fitness routines are shown to improve one's overall mood, increase energy levels and improve skin health. In addition, working out can also aid in better sleep quality and chronic pain reduction. But if you're a health and fitness guru, then you probably know about this stuff already! It's now time to show off more of your knowledge so we can determine how healthy your lifestyle choices are!
