"Alice in Wonderland" was largely based on Lewis Carroll's book of the same name, but not all of the characters were. There are many easter eggs and crossovers throughout the Disney movies, and this one is no exception. Just look around the scenes in Boo's room with her toys. You'll catch a glimpse of a few different characters that you'll recognize.

While bugs in real life may not seem so lovable, the bugs in this movie are! "A Bug's Life" was one of the first animated movies to have a blooper reel at the end of the film. There were many funny moments!

His name is Hercules in the movie, but that is the Roman version of his name. The Greek version is one you've probably heard of as well, Heracles. There are many jokes throughout the movie as well, usually using the Greek language.

The Disney movie "Tarzan" has a different ending than the book that it was based on. Tarzan's family were the apes in the jungle, and Disney felt that it was more fitting that he stayed with them. Family takes many different shapes and forms in Disney movies!

"The Fox and the Hound" is a classic story that is beloved by many. The unlikely pair showed people around the world that no matter how different you are, you can always find some common ground. A friendship like Copper and Tod's is quite hard to come by.

Did you know that Merida was almost voiced by Reese Witherspoon? Scheduling conflicts led to another voice actor, Kelly Macdonald, taking on the part of Merida. It's hard to imagine the character with any other voice!

"Finding Nemo" was a big success, which was a surprise to some, since it was all about fish. The long-awaited sequel to the 2003 hit finally arrived in 2016. This time around, Nemo had to help Dory.

"Zootopia" is filled with many different animals. The total number of different animal species is 64! They include the wildebeest, the white-tailed deer and the jaguar. It would be hard to identify them all!

This movie was originally designed to have no spoken words. As we know today, that decision was ultimately overruled, and we got the touching story of the orphan dinosaur and his friends.

The animators of "Wreck-It Ralph" were tasked with something pretty fun – they got to play video games for many hours in order to get a good feel for the worlds! That would be a dream job for many people.

Do you know what breed of dog Bolt is? He's modeled after a white German Shepherd that the animation team studied while working to create the movie. He was voiced by John Travolta!

One thing that the studio was well known for was bringing actual animals inside, for inspiration. "Lady and the Tramp" was no exception. The animators observed the animals in the studio to create the perfect movements for their characters.

Could you imagine Maui voiced by anyone other than Dwayne Johnson? Neither could the creatives at Disney! He was their first pick for the role. Auli'i Cravalho, however, was found through the audition process.
