In the episode called "The Not-so-Rose-Colored Glasses," Jan mistakenly takes a bike that looks like hers because her eyesight is going bad and she needs glasses.

Cindy writes a letter to Joe Nameth telling him that Bobby is deathly ill and asking Joe to come for a visit. Joe, being the good guy that he is, decides to visit sick Bobby, who plays along until Mike and Carol catch wind of the whole thing.

When Jan shows up at the party with her new black hair, her friends laugh, causing Jan to run home crying. Her friends later tell her they laughed because they thought it was a joke since Jan's real hair is so pretty.

Susan Olsen really did have a lisp when she was little, and apparently the pigtails pulled her hair so tight that she lost some hair because of them!

Christopher Knight met Adrianne Curry when they both appeared on The Surreal Life. The two then documented their life and marriage on a reality TV show on VH1 called "My Fair Brady."

Carol reads Mike's horoscope saying that a strange woman will come into his life. They laugh about it until Beebe Gallini shows up making ridiculous demands of Mike and his architecture firm.

Herman the turtle appears in one episode and is Bobby's pet. The Bradys have several other pets that appear in only one episode including Fluffy the cat and a pet parakeet.

Mike Brady has to go to Honolulu for work, and his company agrees to pay for the entire family to go too! Bobby finds the tiki idol and all kinds of bad luck follow the family.

When the youngest Bradys are left out of their aunt's wedding, they decided to try to break a world record to show they are important. They ultimately fall asleep trying to break the 124-hour record, but they do get coverage in the newspaper and everyone is impressed by their effort.

Eve Plumb opted out of the show, citing that she couldn't commit to potential future seasons and was replaced with what fans called "fake Jan."

The kids are fighting over a huge stash of trading stamps. The boys want to trade them in for a rowboat, and the girls want a sewing machine. The girls ultimately win but decide on getting a color TV for the whole family to enjoy. Of course they do because they are The Brady Bunch.

Cousin Oliver came to live with the Brady's for six episodes during the last season. Carol's brother and his wife are going to an archaeological dig in South America and couldn't take Oliver with them, so they dumped him off with the family with the astroturf lawn.

2. It is when in every scene of a TV sitcom has a certain character, that character always messes everything up.
   When a TV sitcom replaces an actor with someone else and pretends like nothing is different.

When a TV show starts to get stale, what is the best way to bring it back to life? Add a new kid! Wrong! But many sitcoms have done it, including Sam on "Diff'rent Strokes," Chrissy on "Growing Pains," Alex & Nicky on "Full House" and Olivia on "The Cosby Show."
