About This Quiz
It's hard not to be a little excited in any game when you score, and few games give you the opportunity to be front and center when you do so like in a game of football. Just you, the ball and an end zone in front of a crowd of cheering fans. It's like a stage just begging to be acknowledged, so you can hardly blame players for taking a moment to revel in the excitement. And revel they do, with the long and glorious history of sometimes elaborate, sometimes hilarious, but almost always entertaining touchdown celebrations.
New York Giants' wide receiver Homer Jones is credited with being the progenitor of the touchdown celebration all the way back in 1965. He wasn't doing anything as dramatic as the Icky Shuffle or a carefully staged comedy routine with his fellow players, the man just spiked the ball into the end zone. But he was the first to spike the ball, the first to show off a little after scoring a touchdown. They may have gotten more and more complex as time went on, but no matter how they're done they add some flair So if you were a star in the NFL what kind of celebration would you do? Answer some questions about what makes you great on the gridiron and find out!
