The major blooper in the Death Star's explosion is a scientific one. Space is a vacuum, so there's no sound. The explosion wouldn't have made any kind of noise. (The explosion itself is a little off as well -- in a vacuum, it would have been both spherical and brief, and the appearance of a Praxis ring is debatable.)
There wasn't enough fuel on board to create such a large explosion.
There's no way the Death Star could've been taken down by such a small missile.
