Keiko Agena is an actress known for Gilmore Girls as well as Transformers: Dark of the Moon (2011) and Lil Tokyo Reporter (2012).
Chilton is located in Hartford and is a prestigious school to attend, Rory gaining attendance there in her sophomore year. The Franklin was the name of the student paper.

Paul Anka, originally named Cocoa is the dog that Lorelai Gilmore adopts during her estrangement from Rory in Season 6. She adopts him from the Petfinder convention Stars Hollow has every year. He is named after the singer Paul Anka, the artist who wrote the popular 1960s song "Puppy Love" for Annette Funicello.

Lane was raised by a strict Korean mother, Mrs. Kim, who was disapproving of such secular items as rock music and junk food, both of which Lane loved.
Edward Herrmann portrayed Richard Gilmore. In 1997, he won an Emmy Award for Outstanding Guest Actor for his work on The Practice. He won a Tony award in 1976 for Best Actor in a Play for "Mrs. Warren's Profession". He has done a great deal of voiceover work, as well as undertaking a variety of television and movie roles.
Rory and Paris have an interesting relationship throughout the series. They start out as rivals, as Paris feels threatened by Rory, but slowly become best friends (with several roadblocks) and roommates for the rest of the series.

One of the critical Luke-Lorelai moments in season 7 happens when Lorelai meets Liz, Luke and Doula, and holds Doula for a few moments. Christopher comes into the scene - and it is obvious that he is jealous.
Although it won 20 total awards, the only Emmy the show ever won was for Outstanding Makeup for a Series (Non-Prosthetic) in 2004. Many fans continue to be outraged that the show, and its female stars in particular, were snubbed by the major awards.

Jess was awarded Employee of the Month at Wal-mart for being their "Mr. Reliable." It is at this moment when Luke learns Jess has been working over forty hours instead of attending school.
Over the summer before Paris begins at Yale, she strives to be a better person, with the help of Terrance. He has a very zen personality and is able to calm Paris down using very strange techniques.
In October 2015, it was confirmed that the series would return as a limited series on Netflix to consist of four 90-minute episodes.

In this episode in season 7, Lorelai notices happily that Luke is once again wearing the baseball cap she gave him, and invites him to join her and Rory for karaoke night at a local bar. After a few drinks, Lorelai takes the stage to sing a heartfelt number which is obviously directed at Luke.
Lulu used to date Kirk's brother, and Kirk always had a crush on her. She teaches third grade at Stars Hollow Elementary School
Gypsy is very down-to-earth and says just what she thinks and she is one of the few who has the nerve to tell Luke what she thinks.

Jackson Belleville is a farmer and the produce supplier for the Independence Inn and later on the Dragonfly Inn.
Dean Forester layed a recurring role in Rory's life. He was termed as the "perfect first boyfriend," and Rory had a relationship with him three different times. He departed the series in Season 5.
According to Emily, if she was going to be financially involved in Lorelai's and Rory's life, she wanted to be personally involved in their life as well. There were 71 Friday night dinners throughout all seasons of the show.

Sookie and her husband have two children: Davey and Martha with another on the way at the end of season 7.
He worked as a reporter and editor on two of the Huntzberger papers before taking over as CEO of the company. Rory works for him during her internship at the Stamford Gazette
After having a heart attack in front of his economics class, Richard lands himself in the hospital.

When Lindsay finds out that Rory and Dean slept together, she angrily and publicly chucks his belongings out their apartment window while the town watches. She files for divorce, and Dean moves back in with his parents.
Chin-Chin is one of two chow dogs owned by Michel. Unfortunately, he passes away in season 7.
Despite the massive age difference, Paris and Asher had a serious relationship until he died of a heart attack two weeks before Rory and Paris' sophomore year of Yale begins. He left Paris an eighteenth-century printing press, which she briefly stored in the common room she shared with Rory.

The Inn was located on 3rd Street before the street names were changed.
Rory is devastated by Mitchum's feedback, and later convinces Logan to steal a yacht with her because she needs to "take to the sea." Rory is arrested for the crime, and after some thought, she decides to take time off from school which causes a rift between her and her mother who believes the decision is a mistake.
He and Alexis Bledel (who played Rory Gilmore) dated in real life from (2002 to 2006) as well as on the show.

Rory wrote an article about the Life and Death Brigade for the Yale newspaper. It is mysterious and famous for its dangerous stunts. Logan takes Rory to a couple of the Life and Death Brigade events. Its motto is 'In Omnia Paratus', which means 'ready for anything'.
Paris and Rory attempt spring break and try their hardest to follow the crowd: getting wasted, entering "banana" eating contests, and ending in Paris kissing a disgruntled Rory.
Lorelai started as a maid at the Independence Inn, and worked her way up to executive manager. The staff also included the chef, Sookie, and Michel Gerard, who ran the desk.

Fran was the first person Lorelai met in Stars Hollow when she asked Fran for directions to the Independence Inn. While Fran only appears in a few episodes of the series, she is mentioned often until her death at the end of the third season.
The band name is an anagram of Helen Pai, who is show producer Amy Sherman-Palladino's best friend.
After episode 10 in season 1, he wears a blue cap that Lorelai gives him as a Christmas present for helping her get through the hospitalization of her father. He wears this one exclusively until their breakup at the start of season 7.

Their date ended early when Lorelai was called to bail Emily out of jail. When Chris drops Lorelai off for the night at her house, he worried that bailing her mom out of jail "beat" his date but Lorelai tells him it didn't.
Kwan and Steve Van Gerbig (what names!) are the twin sons of Lane and Zach. Lane thought Mrs. Kim would be mad when she told her she was pregnant with twins, but Mrs. Kim viewed it as a blessing.
Georgia "Gigi" Hayden, the daughter of Christopher Hayden and Sherry Tinsdale, is Rory's half-sister, and is portrayed by Nicolette Collier.

The finale ends on a routine scene: it's early in the morning, and the Gilmore Girls stop at Luke's Diner for breakfast and to chat together, while Luke quietly prepares their orders in the background.
