About This Quiz

Sushi is a Japanese dish that uses vinegared rice and raw fish as its base. Originally, the word meant "sour-tasting," but it's no longer used in that context. Although the dish can be prepared with various kinds of rice and seafood, it is traditionally made with white rice and fish-like ingredients such as crab meat or calamari. Ginger, wasabi, and soy sauce are also usually incorporated.

But we're not going to tell you what kind of sushi you love (There's another quiz for that). We're going to examine what you like about sushi and then tell you what it says about you as a person.

Will your sushi tastes tell us that you're a curious person? Are you the sort who will try something new, no matter how hot, weird or insane it seems? Will we find out that you're more on the conservative side? Do you order the same appetizer, main course and even drinks when you go out for some sushi?

Or will your tastes speak for itself and say the most obvious thing possible? That you're really hungry! If you're ready to find out what your sushi tastes say about you, it's time to get started on this quiz!
