Of course, the world is a lot more complex than blogs make it seem sometimes, and no one is fully defined by their generation. Instead, we tend to be influenced by them and the culture they produce. Each generation is born into a time of specific technologies and politics. Certain tastes and ideals. Awesome snacks and cool music that, by the time the next generation rolls around, are all terrible. And many people will fall in step really easily with that time and place, while others among us tend to march to the beat of a different drum.
