What is in your first aid kit?
Among the usual items, it has waterproof matches, saline spray, sunscreen, and an emergency poncho.
It is pretty complete, minus the bandages. I can never seem to keep those in there.
I carry a few adhesive bandages and some ibuprofen. What more am I going to need?
I have a few ice packs in there, but I'm not sure what else I have!

I have a small foam pad for my bottom.
I have a tiny, collapsing stool.
I love my backpacking chair! It even has arm rests.
Rocks work just fine for me!

How do you feel about electronics on the trail?
I keep mine in a waterproof bag for emergencies.
I have a satellite phone for emergencies.
I love the solar cell that keeps my phone charged, just in case I get service.
I leave them in the car.
