Spanish is everywhere. And you've probably picked up quite a bit just going about your daily activities. You may have taken a year of Spanish in high school, or college, or even learned some on your own. Now it's time to show off your knowledge. Since Spanish is similar to English in many ways, this quiz may be easy for you. But you still need to identify the animals in the pictures! So don't sit back and relax quite yet.

This quiz will take you through jungles, around barnyards, under the sea and into the insect world. There are plenty of animals to identify in this quiz, and you may learn some fun facts about these animals while completing the quiz. You may already know that gato is cat, and perro is dog, and that mosquito is spelled the same in English and Spanish. However, you may not know the name for an octopus (pulpo) or a shark (tiburĆ³n).
